Round up the family and come down from the mountain for an awesome country day out at the
4th Urban Country Music Concert on Saturday 5th May, sponsored by the Caboolture Shire Herald.
Showground gates open from 1.30pm and close at 11.30pm with the bands kicking off from 2pm outdoors on the Arena stage. MC Nick Erby will introduce a spectacular 9 hours of contemporary & country music legends, live wires & larrikins performing high energy concert length sets from -

Acts will be signing CDs and souvenirs in the Merchandise Tent throughout the concert and ATM’s are located on-site.

On the Day: $70 Adult & $35 Child from Ticketek Box Office at Gates 7 & 8 Caboolture Showgrounds.

Parking: No parking at the Showgrounds. Satellite parking provided at Farm Fantastic, Bruce Highway/Toorbul Exit (5 kilometres north of the Caboolture turn off) and Morayfield Shopping Centre western car park, Morayfield Road. A free shuttle bus operates from approx. 9am to Caboolture CBD, from 12.30pm to the Showgrounds and returns following the concert.

Disabled parking: Provided via Showgrounds Gate 2 for vehicles displaying permits and these patrons with pre-paid concert tickets.

Travel by train: Brisbane to Caboolture every ½ hour from 9.15am (Urban Country Music Festival Beaut Utes Show). A free shuttle bus will be operating from the station to the CBD and then from 12.30pm to the Showgrounds. The Caboolture to Brisbane train departs at Midnight.

Seating is not allocated so please bring blankets and chairs. Wheelchair areas are designated.

Not permitted entry: Pets, umbrellas, glass, alcohol and hot food.

Venue refreshments: Hot and cold food and beverages available for purchase.
Under 18’s: Must be accompanied by a responsible adult and may not enter the bar service areas.

The premier event at the Urban Country Music Festival is the massive Urban Country Music Concert on Saturday 5th May, with a galaxy of contemporary & country music superstars bringing almost 60 Golden Guitars to the Caboolture Showgrounds.

The 4th Urban Country Music Concert sponsored by the Caboolture Shire Herald, is an awesome family day out in country with almost 9 dazzling hours of non-stop headline entertainment from legends, live wires and larrikins.

You’ll be in country music heaven rockin’ to rhythm n’ blues, kicking back with bush ballads, slow dancing with the heart breakers and slapping those knees to hillbilly mayhem when concert

THE MCCLYMONTS Samantha, Brooke and Mollie had successful solo careers before teaming up as special guests on Lee Kernaghan’s Outback to the Beaches tour last year.

Their soaring harmonies, gorgeous melodies and sensational stage presence attracted legions of fans nationally and the debut single Something That My Heart Does earned the sisters 2007 Golden Guitars for CMAA Group & Maton New Talent of the Year.

Brooke was first signed to a record deal at just 17 and is one of our most prolific and sought-after songwriters, with tracks on albums by Hilary Duff, Kate DeAraugo, Olivia Newton-John and Samantha’s Cookin’ In My Kitchen (co-written with Rick Price).

NICK ERBY hosts the award winning CMR (Country Music Radio) each weekend across the Super Radio network and is a regular contributor to Country Music Capital News.

He’s received 4 major accolades including a Golden Guitar for services to the country music industry and the inaugural American Country Music Association’s International Broadcaster Award.

A founding board member of the Country Music Association of Australia and Chairman of the Australian Country Music Foundation, Nick has also served on the board of the American Country Music Association.

Nick’s previous radio program Country Music Jamboree ran for 2 decades and he produced and presented 2 weekly TV shows, Country Closeup and Country Music Video, throughout the 80’s & 90’s.
