CLIP -
“YOU HAD ME FROM HELLO”

Dale Hooper has recently filmed a video clip of the beautiful
country ballad, “You Had Me From Hello”, written by Kenny Chesney/Skip
Ewing.
“You Had Me From Hello” was the song that gained Dale a FINAL FIVE
NOMINATION in the MALE VOCAL CATEGORY for this years 2005 “TIARA
AWARDS” in Tamworth…….not an easy task.
The clip was produced & directed by the multi award winning Ross
Wood. Ross has won several “Golden Guitar Awards” for his
clips; was CMAA Video Director of the Year; and won CMT’s
International’s Award for Best Australian clip, amongst many other
prestigious awards…..a very talented man. As Dale always says, “If
you’re going to do something, do it right”…..Ross certainly knows
how to do it right.
Dale kept the filming of the video clip in and around his hometown
of Windsor NSW which is situated in the beautiful and historic
Hawkesbury District.
The Country Music Channel - (CMC), aired Dale’s clip for the first
time on Saturday 9th April.

Due to popular demand Dale has been busy in the recording
studio over the last 3 months recording the songs that his many fans
have been asking him to put on CD for years.
I think a lot of people are yet to experience the versatility of
Dale Hooper with his amazing vocal range.
When Dale performs SOLO he doesn't only perform Country, he has a
very wide repertoire that covers; Country, 50/60's R 'n' R,
including songs of Neil Diamond, Elvis, Gene Pitney, Bobby

DALE HOOPER -
SMALL IN STATURE BUT BIG IN HEART!!
Dale Hooper is well known for his big heart and the enormous amount
of work he does for charity. He has raised thousands of dollars over
the years for numerous charity organisations and families in need.
Last year, Dale was asked by The Rotary Club in his local area if he
could possibly help them raise funds for their various community
projects. After attending a meeting with Rotary, Dale was so
impressed with the wonderful work that they do in the local
community he immediately volunteered his services. Recently, Dale
was elected for an Honorary Membership by the Rotary Club of Windsor
for his enormous contribution to their club. The election is seen by
members to be fitting recognition of his contribution to the club
and his support for the ideals of Rotary.
A function will be held at "Oakville House" on 25th June, 2003 to
officially present Dale with his Honorary Membership.

“Legends & Friends”
“Legends & Friends” has been over 12 months in the making and Dale
feels it's his best work to date. The album will include at least 5
original songs written by Rick Buck from Pennsylvania USA. Rick is a
member of the USA based band, "Country Legend", who are backing Dale
on this album.
"Country Legend" have been the opening act for the likes of; George
Jones; The Oakridge Boys; Willie Nelson; Merle Haggard; Diamond Rio;
and Billy Ray Cyrus, just to name a few.
So impressed were "Country Legend" (and many others in USA's
recording land) with Dale Hooper's vocal qualities, they asked him
to record an entire album with them. Of course the answer was YES!
As for the LEGENDS…….well you will just have to wait and see……there
are a few pleasant surprises here.
Two of the songs off this album: “Miracles Are True” & “Lookin’ For
An Old Friend” will also be included on the next GSL AUSTRALIAN
COUNTRY ARTISTS SERIES – VOLUME 2 compilation CD. This CD is
distributed to appx 1000 radio stations throughout Australia,
